Wellness Wednesday: Taking Time

20121010-162215.jpgThere seems to be a lot of noise in my life lately. I'm going through a transition period with my business and it seems like my whole future is a big question mark. It's hard to turn off the racing thoughts in my head, but without a little peace my health can start to crumble.

Thankfully I have tons of supportive people in my life [the omnivore especially] who make the upheaval easier. Sometimes all you can do is focus on the good, breath, meditate, and take time for yourself. Excuse me while I take a break and follow my own advice. <3
