Don’t you read Tarot on YouTube? What qualifies you to be a coach?

My career in Tarot stemmed from my beginnings as a wellness coach. I went vegan in 2010, got super interested in food & health, trained at IIN, became a certified holistic health coach, got really into fitness, became a yoga instructor, meditated a ton, awakened my intuition, became a Reiki healer, & then started reading Tarot online.


If you started as a health coach, what made you switch to Tarot?

When I started my health coaching business, the simplest explanation I had for my services was that I helped clients lose weight…& I did! But soon, I found myself talking more about the spiritual body than the physical one, so I switched to more metaphysical modalities. BODY TALK is the full circle moment that brings both together!

What exactly does a TALK session entail? What should I expect?

TALK sessions are the foundation for your BODY TALK experience. Your first is a goal-setting & getting-to-know-you experience. We’ll discuss your intentions, concerns, and values. After that, the bi-weekly TALK sessions allow us to check in on your goals, vent about your blocks, and (if you’re metaphysically-minded) get a read on the energy through divination.

I’m interested in getting healthier, but not sure about all this woo-woo energy stuff. Is it necessary?

As an energy healer, “energy stuff” will always be at the core of my coaching template. That being said, BODY TALK’s level of “woo-woo” is customized to your comfort level. If you’d prefer to leave out the Tarot, energy readings, and chakra talk, we can focus on the stuff that interest you.

What does a BODY session entail? Isn’t that just Reiki?

Eagle-eyed observers might notice I also call my Reiki-based 1:1 readings BODY sessions. The BODY sessions of BODY TALK were, in fact, inspired by the BODY readings, but with greater flexibility. During your initial TALK session, we’ll discuss your preferences for Reiki, yoga, or strength training and customize your BODY session schedule based on those proclivities.

I’m sorry, but…WTF is Reiki?

Reiki is a Japanese healing practice that can be done both in person and long-distance. It helps to calm the nervous system by balancing the chakras. If those words mean nothing to you, know that even the least woo-versed recipients feel increased relaxation and well-being after a Reiki session. That being said, Reiki is an entirely optional (but very cool!) part of the BODY TALK experience.
